The BCCMA will be staging a San Da show night on October 31st 2010. The show will be organised in a way similar to professional kickboxing / MMA shows. It is intended to showcase San Da as a sport and provide fighters with a platform to show their skills and achieve the recognition which they deserve. The show will take place in Tolworth, Surrey, on the A3. Tickets will be available in advance and Heads of BCCMA member associations, as well as fighters, will be offered ticket deals. All fights will be filmed and broadcast on Youtube. This show will act as a ‘pilot’ for a series of events next year which will enable the BCCMA to produce a ranking system of UK fighters. 12 fights will be staged. The fighters will be selected and matched by the organisers, with a view to making an exciting, varied spectacle. Anyone wishing to be considered for selection should forward the following information to the BCCMA: Name. Age / date of birth. Address. Telephone no. Email. Fighting weight. Name of club / chief instructor. BCCMA member (yes / no). Brief résumé including fight record (wins, losses, draws) and any titles held. Entrants should be 15-35years old. BCCMA membership is not essential but BCCMA members will be given preference. Those selected will be asked to sign a fight contract and submit a photo of themselves for publicity purposes. Further information will be released regularly via the BCCMA website (www.bccma.com). If you wish to be emailed updates, please let us know. All applications, enquiries etc to iain.armstrong@bccma.com
