SANDA GB TEAM TRAINING WORKSHOPS SATURDAY 27th JUNE 2015
1st & 2nd place winners from the Sanshou Nationals held last Sunday at Shenley Leisure centre are eligible to register and take part in the training program with the SANDA TEAM GB SQUAD TRAINING WORKSHOPS, held monthly at the K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley, West Sussex.
The workshops are designed to improve the standard of Sanshou / Sanda in the UK.
By training together, we develop together we grow together as a team with a better understanding of European and international requirements needed for high-level competitions.
The training and development program within the workshops will help you physically and mentally while training in a competitive training environment. Your technical and tactical skills will be improved as well as tested, ready for the competitions.
