This course is open to BCCMA members 18 years or older looking to gain a better insight into basic sports psychology  enabling them to help their people overcome the psychological stresses of grading or competing and enhance the enjoyment of participation in their chosen sport.  No previous experience is necessary to addend this course. Please note that course places must be booked on the system in advance, places will not be available on the day. Please but don’t leave it until the last minute, as course cancellation is possible if numbers are not met.

This is a half day  course and will start at 1pm and finish around 4pm
