This course is open to anybody 18 years or older and is designed to give existing coaches a better insight into basic biomechanics in sport. The course covers basic physiology, please see content, but concentrates mainly on the causative effects of injury its minimisation, treatment and recovery protocols. The course is designed to give existing coaches a better insight into basic biomechanics in sport. The course covers basic physiology, muscular system and skeletal system  but concentrates mainly on the causative effects of injury its minimisation, treatment and recovery protocols.  This course will be held on-line as a virtual classroom and will be restricted to 20 people. Coaches who have completed this course prior to 2017 will need this course as a refresher. All coaching certificates are only valid for 3 years.

This course will start at  9.30am and will finish around midday.
