This course is restricted to people 18 years or older looking to gain a better insight into basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport. No previous experience is required. This course is open to BCCMA members and non-members alike. Please note that course places must be booked on the system in advance, places will not be available on the day. The course is designed to give existing coaches a better insight into basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport. This course focuses on understanding the requirements of standardised testing protocols to determine the current strengths and weaknesses of their participants and give sufficient understanding and knowledge to design appropriate programmes to enhance the development of their people. The course is an online course (virtual classroom) The course is limited to 12 people please ensure you book early.
