This course is open to BCCMA members and non members alike, 18 years or older looking to gain a better insight into basic sports psychology  enabling them to help their people overcome the psychological stresses of grading or competing and enhance the enjoyment of participation in their chosen sport.  No previous experience is necessary to addend this course. Please note that course places must be booked on the system in advance, places will not be available on the day. Course places will be restricted to 20 people registration and logon information will be sent to your registered email address 5 days before the start of the course.
