3rd BRITISH JUNIOR LIGHT SANDA Championships
(Light Contact sparring for Juniors and Youth 7-17 years of age).

Sun 26 July at HP12 4UE
National Youth & Adult Sanda Championships
Sanda (full contact): 15-17 years + 18-40 years
Qingda (light contact): 18-50 years.

Sat 7 Nov at HP12 4UE
National Juniors Qingda Championships
(Light Contact sparring for Juniors and Youth 5-17 years of age).

Note: Registration via Smoothcomp, all sparring competitions will have weigh in on the  day.
(Larger competitions will have 2 weigh in/registration Timeslots: at morning and midday)

Chinese Martial Arts competitions:
Wushu Taolu : Chinese Forms
Taiji /  Tai chi  (combining slow, graceful movements; “meditation in motion” )

Tui Shou : Push hands
Shuai Jiao : Chinese Wrestling
Sanda : full contact sparring involving kicks, punches and takedowns
Qingda / Light Sanda : light contact sparring involving kicks, punches and takedowns
