National Youth & Adult Sanda Championships
Sanda (full contact): 15-17 years + 18-40 years
Qingda (light contact): 18-50 years.

Sat 6 Nov at HP12 4UE
National Juniors Qingda Championships
(Light Contact sparring for Juniors and Youth 5-17 years of age).

Note: Registration via Smoothcomp, all sparring competitions will have weigh in on the  day.

Sanda : Full contact sparring involving kicks, punches and takedowns [July 26]
