I started practising t’ai-chi in the late 1990s as a means to get away from the day job mentally and physically, in particular to do something to counterbalance the amount of time spent at a desk in front of a computer. The job hasn’t changed, but 25+ years later I’m still doing – and learning about – t’ai-chi and grateful for how it helps me continue to handle the day job, plus it has brought me into a wonderful community of people who enjoy practising, learning and teaching the Li family syste
