This is the start of your online entry into the BCCMA National Forms Championships on the 24/05/2015.

Please enter your BCCMA member number and surname below to authenticate yourself.
You can then enter yourself into each event in the list by clicking add to cart.
When you have selected each event that you wish to compete in then click the “view cart” link (this can be found at the bottom of the page).
From your cart you can view and remove any of the events you have added to your cart and then proceed to the checkout and pay for the events you are entering.
Entry into this competition is priced at £25 per person.
Please do not use this process more than once for each competition and only one competitor can be paid for at once using our online competition entry system.
