This course is open to BCCMA members and non members alike.   The course will cover nutrition and its role in sport performance and recovery.  Course places will be restricted to 20 people registration and logon information will be sent to your registered email address 5 days before the start of the course. You will need to install ZOOM onto a pc, laptop or tablet, it is a free product. The system will work on a mobile but the small screen reduces the effectiveness of the presentation. You will need a microphone and camera as the course is interactive.

This course starts at 9.30am and will end around 12.30pm

The course is designed to give existing coaches a better understanding of basic Nutrition and to give sufficient information to enable coaches to apply basic principles of nutrition to enhance the performance and recovery of their students. On completion of this unit, you should be able to identify the nutritional needs of participants and develop strategies in conjunction with others to improve performance and recovery and to monitor the effectiveness of the programme you have devised.
