This course is open to members and non members alike who are 18 or older. This course covers basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport.

Course places will be restricted to 20 people, registration and logon information will be sent to your registered email address 5 days before the start of the course. You will need to install ZOOM onto a pc, laptop or tablet, it is a free product. The system will work on a mobile but the small screen reduces the effectiveness of the presentation.

The course is designed to give existing coaches a better insight into basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport. This course focuses on understanding the requirements of standardised testing protocols to determine the current strengths and weaknesses of their participants and give sufficient understanding and knowledge to design appropriate programmes to enhance the development of their people. The course is an online course (virtual classroom) and is limited to 20 people please ensure you book early.
