National Governing Body Level 3 Course Physical Conditioning Refresher (Online virtual classroom)

This course is restricted to coaches who have already completed this course in the past. It is a refresher course only. This course covers basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport. Please book your place on the system and registration and login information will be sent to you prior to the course.   Please do not book this course if you have not completed the course before. You will be charged but will not be allowed entry onto the course. Participants names will be checked against the coaching database.

Course places will be restricted to 12 people, registration and logon information will be sent to your registered email address 5 days before the start of the course. You will need to install ZOOM onto a pc, laptop or tablet, it is a free product. The system will work on a mobile but the small screen reduces the effectiveness of the presentation.

The course is designed to give existing coaches a better insight into basic physiology and the assessment and testing of physical conditioning to enable participants to reach their maximum physical potential within their chosen sport. This course focuses on understanding the requirements of standardised testing protocols to determine the current strengths and weaknesses of their participants and give sufficient understanding and knowledge to design appropriate programmes to enhance the development of their people. The course is an online course (virtual classroom) The course is limited to 12 people please ensure you book early.
