This course is open to BCCMA Members only 18 years or older who has considerable knowledge and experience of Sanda. The course  is FREE to BCCMA members on production of a valid and up to date BCCMA licence.

The course will start at  10 am  and finish around  4pm

This course will be focused on

  •  Sideline Judges scoring.
  • Understanding and scoring methods used by the platform referee gestures
  • Correct filling of the sideline judge scoring sheets
  • interacting with the National Sanda Squad for live simulated bouts

This course examines the rules that will be used at BCCMA National Sanda Championships and will teach judging & scoring criteria and how to apply them fairly and objectively.

The course is intended for those who already have a deep understanding and have been training in Sanda / Qingda for 2 years or more

Successful candidates who have successfully officiated at a BCCMA Sanda event will be issued with the BCCMA Official Sanda judging certificate valid for 3 years.
The course will start at 10 am and finish around 4:00 pm

 

 

This course will take place once a year in advance of the competition. Its purpose is to train judges for the national sanda & qingda competitions. Judges are expected to attend a national sanda / Qingda event before certificates are issued The course involves a thorough analysis and explanation of all aspects of the rules with discussion and demonstration. In this respect it is extremely useful for instructors wishing to properly prepare their students for the competition.

Please bring /wear loose clothing as some judging/refereeing will be practiced
