Booking terms

 

1. Minimum Number Policy

The BCCMA Courses and QCF training courses have been designed with a particular group size and competence level in mind. In order to ensure that a course is as successful as possible for all concerned, we have established a strict Minimum Number Level policy.

If the course you have booked on has not yet reached the Minimum Number Level:

  • your Credit or Debit Card will be debited in the normal way
  • but, in the event that the minimum number level is not reached within 7 calendar days of the advertised Course date, you will receive an e-mail from the BCCMA confirming that the Course has been cancelled and your Credit or Debit Card will be credited with the full amount paid.

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel a booking, for whatever reason, we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible.

2.1 Cancellation within 7 days of making a booking

Should you wish to cancel within 7 days of making your booking (except for courses which, at the time you book them, are occurring within the next 7 days) you may do so by sending an e-mail tocoaching.officer@bccma.com a full refund of your course fee apply.

2.2 Cancellation 7 days after making a booking

In all other cases, if you cancel a booking within the time periods set out below, the following cancellation fees will apply and will be debited from your Credit or Debit Card to cover administration costs:

  • Up to 7 days prior to Course date a 10% of administration fee will apply.
  • Within 7 days of Course date No refund available.
